ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIE
? Preparing permit for all type of jobs, Carryout tool box talk, and explain the work details to the team members.
? Punch preparation and handover to appropriate department to clear the punch. After clear the punch items make the system to tightness test.
? Carry out HP Tightness test and System purging for hydrocarbon service. System line up for Cold circulation and hot circulation.
? Carry out maintenance during circulation for stabilize the system and carry out Wet functional tests. Regular field round and logging operation parameter (Pressure, Temperature, flow).
? Reports to Commissioning Manager and required to perform day-to-day operating duties Reporting daily activities and discussing planned and next day activities.
? Expertise in Commissioning of Various Equipments, startup & shutdown activities, emergency handling of plant & panel operation.
? Possesses excellent analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal, relationship building and team building skills with proven ability in establishing quality systems / procedures & planning.
? Preparing the shift report, machine status report and manpower utilization during shift and pending jobs; identifying areas of obstruction / defects, conducting service/repair to rectify the equipments.
? Effective planning of daily activities and shutdowns by optimizing resources and minimizing the downtime.
? Conducting periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipments.
? Compliance with Permit to Work system.
Process Development:
? Detailed review of PFDs, P & IDs, Datasheets, Calculations, Control philosophy, safe Chart and emergency shutdown system and conducted revision of the same as per the requirement of plant operation and project specifications.
Commissioning:
? Commissioning and Pre-commissioning activities
o Hydro test, Flushing Loop identification.
o Static and Rotary Equipments Check list preparation.
o Internal Inspection of Vessels, separator, filter.
o Hydro test & Flushing of pipeline by air blowing.
o System Box up & leak check up to normal operating pressure.
o No load/load test run for motors.
o Stroke check of control valves.
